East Bay State of Mind is Rubicon’s special event that raises funds and awareness for our life-changing services. Our mission is to transform East Bay communities by equipping people to break the cycle of poverty. The event will be held at the Starline Social Club in Oakland, CA.

Each of our two-week Foundations Workshops ends with a Stepping Stones ceremony. Even though many participants say that completing the core workshop is "the first time I've finished anything in a long time," it is the first step on a journey that will have many occasions for celebration.
